47th Annual Conference of the New York State Association of School Personnel Administrators at the Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown, NY.

With the guidance of your feedback from last year's conference you will find that the 2012 conference includes many topics pertinent to your important work as a School Personnel/Human Resource Administrator or as an administrator whose responsibilities include aspects of personnel administration.  The program has been designed to meet the range of needs from professionals who are new to the job to those who are seasoned experts..

This year we will again be offering the New Personnel Administrators Academy as a pre-conference session.  This Academy has been recognized as a meaningful professional development experience for all in the profession.  Laws, rules and requirements for making proper appointments and for the termination and layoff of employees in the unclassified service (teachers, teaching assistants and administrators) will be included.  Veteran Administrators and welcome to attend and share their experiences.
